Halo 3: ODST For XBox 360 Review
Halo 3: ODST For XBox 360 retains the familiar Halo AI, which we still hold in high regard. Stronger enemies react according to your behavior and will never rush until they are certain they have the upper hand. Halo 3: ODST literally drops players into almost the middle of the Halo trilogy.

Halo 3: ODST fills in a few interesting spots in the Halo timeline, even if the characters themselves aren’t strong enough to carry the narrative. But it strikes a healthy balance between new twists and more content done in Bungie’s trademark style.
Halo 3: ODST’s tale focuses on the legendary ODSTs or “Orbital Drop Shock Troopers” as they drop into the ruined city of New Mombasa, looking for clues behind the Covenant’s catastrophic attack on the city.
The new campaign chapter predates the events that unfold in “Halo 3″ and gives players a new perspective through the eyes of a new hero in the “Halo” universe. Halo 3: ODST isn’t just an ordinary expansion. The campaign may be sub-par in terms of length, but as always quality wins over quantity.
Halo 3: ODST For XBox 360 also ships with a separate disc of multiplayer games. This standalone disc features 24 maps in total including all of the original Halo 3 multiplayer maps and three new Halo 3 multiplayer maps. Halo 3: ODST was on the store shelves this week and tops the list for video game sales. While many gamers anticipated the release of Halo 3: ODST, no one expected problems with it.
Halo 3: ODST had a lot riding on it as a lot of people didn’t think that ODST take would work in the context of the whole series. I’m happy to say though that Bungie nailed it.
