I think a DS game I just recieved in the post is fake. How can I tell for sure? Can it damage my DS if it is?
It's Pokemon Platinum. It arrived without a proper box or instructions. The cartridge itself is quite flimsy compared to my other games but otherwise looks as it should in terms of shape,colour, markings, etc. The metal contacts on the back of it also look different. It is a USA cart though, whereas all my other games are UK, so that might be the reason for the differences. If anyone could clear this up it'd be great
