Does anyone know what has konami done for G.I. Joe?
I have seen gi joe 3D movie and old cartoon franchise also the new sigma 6 and toy stuff and comix strips and its videogame on nes*; but what has konami done for this title, I have read somewere that konami developed the videogame on nes but in another website it was written that some other
company made it, I have 2 questions: where does the gi joe idea come from and what has konami
done for g.i. joe?
G.I. Joe for the NES was developed by KID (Kindle Imagination Develop) Studios, and published in the United States by Taxan. It wasn't related to Konami.
Konami only developed the G.I. Joe arcade game, for the Konami System 16 hardware.
The idea for G.I. Joe originated in 1942, by David Breger, for the military newspaper "Stars and Stripes." It wasn't until 1964 that Hasbro stepped in, making the toys. It's a really detailed history, so you might want to read the article below.
