How to get a game less case it's game back.?
So my boyfriend purchased a used game at game stop about 2 weeks ago but they didn't put the game in the case. He doesn't have the recite so he doesn't have proof that he purchased it, but he has an account so maybe that'll help? Opinions please!!
1. Your boyfriend is an idiot for walking out of a Gamestop WITHOUT THE DAMN GAME. All games from Gamestop, both new and used, are sitting in drawers behind the register, and they put it in when you buy it, so unless he's never shopped there before, he has no excuse to have left without it.
2. Even if he did have the receipt, 2 weeks is far too long to go without saying anything, so they would just think he took the game and is trying to con them out of another copy. Hell, even after a matter of hours it would still be hard to believe that they "forgot" to put the game in there. An account means absolutely nothing, he's just another wad of cash to them.
Game Case, no game, and no receipt. Sounds like he tried to steal it honestly, and if that's true, then he's even more stupid than I initially thought.
