Enslaved: Odyssey To The West
Is it normal to feel shaky after playing certain games?
I've noticed that whenever I play "Enslaved: Odyssey to the West", I feel very shaky and off-balance afterwards. It occasionally happens with other games too, but my reactions to those are nowhere near as extreme how I react to this game. It seemed to be particularly bad today, when I played it after leaving it for a while. I only ever play for 30 minutes to an hour at a time, and after I stopped playing today I felt extremely shaky, and my legs felt weak. I'm pretty sure I don't have epilepsy, as I recently attended a concert that featured heavy strobing effects and wasn't affected at all (other than by wishing that they'd use more imaginative lighting designs, of course 
). Does anyone here know what could be causing this?
Probably adrenaline. When you play certain games or watch certain movies, your adrenaline levels spike as you get excited. Once you stop and the adrenaline starts to fade out of your system, it leaves you feeling very shaky. Try pausing the game every 15 minutes and taking a break to get up, walk around, take a few deep breaths, and focus your eyesight on something real, not a screen. Also, make sure you snack on something NOT sugary while you're playing, to help keep your blood sugar in check.
