Do you want to participate in the Deal or No Deal games and earn handsomely? It is yet another craze that has hit America where more and more people are coming forward to participate with an urge to win in the international game show. Deal or No Deal games are basically of Dutch origin and the mass wait and watch Howie Mandel as he hosts the hour-long show on television by National Broadcasting Company (NBC). In America, the bi weekly show started in the month of August in 2008 by NBC just after its 2008 Beijing Olympics coverage. But the half-hour version of the show got its entry to the public on September 2008.
Initially the Deal or No Deal games show recorded huge success in the NBC TV channel. About 10 to 16 million viewers had been recorded to watch every single episode in the very first season. People of all age group belonging to different lifestyle participate actively with an aspiration to win million dollars.
The American version of the Deal or No Deal games is same as its international format. About 26 equal sealed briefcases are placed side by side; each contains cash value worth from USD 0.01 to 1,000,000 USD. Different referee places the worth or content inside the briefcases which is unknown to all. The number of contestants participating in the game is equal to the total number of briefcases present in the show. The contestants have to choose a single briefcase from the present 26 briefcases placed in front of him. Deal or No Deal game is played with four participants, namely the banker, the contestants', the presenter, and the audience if we speak of a live game. All through the game, the contestant is offered a "deal" from time to time by the Banker and requested to acquire a cash amount in his chosen briefcase and walk out of the game.
It is the contestant, who will decide whether he should refuse the deal offered or go for NO Deal and proceed to play. If he opts for the deal, he wins the money the banker has offered him. Here luck has a great role to play in case of each player and only the lucky one manages to win the highest value while the unlucky one remains satisfied with the lowest amount.
Apart from the cash prize, attractive gifts await the winners in the Deal or No Deal games. Gifts items are placed right at the rear end of the screen away from the sight of any audiences. Instead, numbers are kept within the briefcase that corresponds to the items placed behind the screen.
