How do I get the three flashing red lights (RRoD) on my XBox 360?
I would like to know how to get the red ring of death or doom/three flashing red lights on my xbox 360
Last night I put in Halo 3 to play team doubles, and instead of playing I had to find out how to repair the red ring of death on Xbox 360. Yes all of the sudden the green ring turned red, and I was so disappointed that I couldn't play. I checked out some of those stupid videos that claim to help you fix it, but they didn't help at all.
Then I went to Microsoft to find out how to repair the red ring of death on Xbox 360. Even though my warranty was still good they wanted me to pay for shipping. That was not the real bad part. The part I had a problem with is that it would take 2 to 3 months for my Xbox to get back to me. I did not want to wait all that time to play Halo 3 again. If your warranty is no longer good, then it will be 140 dollars plus the wait for Microsoft to fix the red ring of death.
I even tried Internet myths to learn how to repair the red ring of death on Xbox 360. One was to wrap a towel around it, and that didn't work. I feel stupid for even trying it. The other I didn't try, but they wanted me to crack open my Xbox. If I would have done this my warranty would immediately be invalid. Plus I do not have a soldering tool, and would probably do more damage than good. If your thinking of trying these things don't. It's a bad idea.
