What's a good workout routine to follow with my Wii Fit?
What's a good workout routine w/ Wii Fit? Is it better do all the activities (yoga, strength, aerobics, balance)
everyday or to alternate between activities (something like yoga/aerobics one day, strength training/balance the
next)?

I like to do the yoga first, then strength, aerobics and then balance when i feel like it.
I try to do a little bit over an hour a day and that has worked for me.
i don't like to do aerobics or strength right away because my muscles need to be loosened before i get more physical
