i dropped my alias 2 (verizon) phone in the water and the water damage sticker is pink will insurance cover it?
i dropped my verizon alias 2 phone in the water a while ago and my water damage stcikers are both pink but i have been usuing thiis phone for a while after i dropped it in the water... but now it is not doing so well... so will my insurnce cover the water damage or will it cost me more money?
If you have insurance on your phone, they will replace it for you regardless of what happened to it. They will however charge you the deductible which will be either $39.00 or $50, depending on when you got your insurance. If you do have insurance and choose to do an insurance claim, you do not do this in the store, you contact Asurion, the insurance company and they overnight you the phone. (If you call Verizon they will tell you how to contact Asurion to make an insurance claim) Your best bet though would be to check and see if you are eligible to upgrade your phone at the discounted price, or, if you are on a family share plan, see if you can use someone else's upgrade on your account.
Oh, and if you peel the water indicator stickers off, that automatically voids the warranty 
so don't waste your time with that.
