Can a matte, skin colored eyeshadow cover blemishes and dark circles, like a concealer?
I've always wondered this. It's not that I don't have the access to a concealer, I was just curious. Like, this eyeshadow I have from Clinique called High Impact Eyeshadow, and it is a matte skin color. I was wondering if this would effectively cover dark circles and blemishes. Would it be safe to use on your face? Like, is it safe to use under your eye and on your cheek?
