Which workout DVD set should I get: Jillian Michaels' The Biggest Winner (5 pack set) or Turbo Jam Max Results
I was going to get the Jillian Michael's The Biggest Winner 5 pack DVD set, but then I saw an infomercial for Turbo Jam Maximum Results with the handweights (gloves or whatever..) and it looks like it would be really fun and give results. But I also read online on about.com a lot of complaints about Turbo Jam customers not getting there product for long period of time, or getting billed incorrectly or even billed twice. Those who got it said great things, but I'm skeptical about the customer service and such on getting it. Anyone out there have experience with either? Thanks for your help!!! (I'm trying to lose baby weight from recent pregnancy and get more toned..)
I ordered Turbo Jam Max Results LAST WEEK on a Tuesday online and had to later call the customer service center which is apparently based in India and was told it was backordered and that it would be shipped this week. Still no confirmation. In the meantime, I've purchased Turbo Jam Cardio Party 3 and Fat Blaster through Amazon. Sadly, I think I'm going to receive what I ordered through Amazon sooner than I'm going to receive from BeachBody.
I keep hearing great things about Turbo Jam however, so I'd get that one. Just be cautious of BeachBody period, obviously.
UPDATE
I called the regular customer service again, got India again, and they gave me a different customer service number to call for more detailed info on my order. Got an American this time (must be why the hold is so long) who actually knew what was going on since the regular customer service reps don't. My turbo sculpting gloves are on backorder till Saturday, so it's all supposed to ship next week by Thursday.
