Is there an Xbox cable that has an HDMI and RCA audio output cables?
I need this cable to plug into my regular Xbox plug (not HDMI) and at the other end have 2 cables: one HDMI (for my monitor) and the other RCA audio (those red and white audio cables).
Where could I find a cable like this? Please provide a link if you have seen one.

i think you mean xbox 360 ,
not possible, hdmi is digital, and the red/white cables are not. you would need a converter.

run hdmi to the monitor and optical out to your system
